I recently had a shockingly bad experience at Shisha Cochin that has compelled me to write this review. My visit was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish.

Firstly, we ordered a shisha combo, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable time. Instead, it turned out to be a complete disaster. The shisha was of poor quality and barely produced any smoke. To make matters worse, it had a burnt taste, making it practically unusable. This was not just disappointing but utterly infuriating considering the price we paid.

The food was another major letdown. We ordered a few dishes, and every single one was a disaster. The flavors were off, the ingredients seemed stale, and the presentation was sloppy. It was clear that no care or effort was put into preparing the meals.

Adding to the dreadful experience was the horrendous staff. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Our requests for assistance were either ignored or met with disdain. The level of service was appalling and completely unacceptable.

The ambiance of the place was equally disappointing. The presence of mosquitoes and other flies was unbearable. It felt like we were dining in a swamp rather than a restaurant. This not only ruined the atmosphere but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the establishment.

Overall, Shisha Cochin was an absolute disaster. From the terrible shisha and awful food to the rude staff and pest-infested environment, there was nothing redeeming about our visit. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place. Save your money and time, and find a better spot to enjoy your evening.

First of all, we appreciate the prompt response. However, we would like to clarify a few things:

Shisha Use:We were a group of 6 people, and only 4 of us were interested in the shisha, which is why we chose the combo for 4. The claim that 9 people used it is incorrect.

Food Quality:The quantity and quality of the food were indeed very bad. Despite what you mentioned, we did raise our concerns to the staff as soon as the food was delivered, but our feedback was ignored.

Service: The main staff member was unresponsive and lacked patience. He ignored our complaints, forcing us to raise our voices to be heard. This was not about a mere Rs40 for water bottles, which we did pay for. It was about the overall dismissive attitude.

Hii,I am writing to share my recent experience at Shisha @ Cochin. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. My group and I traveled a considerable distance with the intention of enjoying some quality time together, but we encountered several issues.

Firstly, the shisha itself was of very poor quality. Despite having enjoyed shisha at other places before, this experience was by far the worst. Additionally, the food did not meet our expectations, both in terms of taste and presentation. Moreover, the customer service was severely lacking. The staff was neither attentive nor helpful, which significantly impacted our overall experience. Based on these factors, I would not recommend Shisha @ Cochin. I advise considering other options that offer better service and quality.

The One thing i liked about this place is the sitting, just the sitting guys.. if you don’t have company, you don’t need to worry about that there’s lots and lots of mosquitoes theree… so you can chill with them..💪🏻
