It's not about the food. It's about the behaviour of the staffs there. First issues came from them making videos of the food i ordered for them to post it on their social media handle. If they want to do something like that they should do it while when they are free and with their on dish not the one which the customers order and still I waited it to finish as of the crowd nd queue is mostly high in the store. And when it took too long I told the manager look alike guy cause I don't know whether he is the manager or not and that guy told the ones who were filming to stop it and give me my order and they were like na we gotta finish this it gonna finish now and things like that. No action or not even a sorry was said like that and also they didn't even asked for our permission to make a video with our food that was the first instance and the second one came yesterday when we ordered a kabsa and we were just waiting outside like more than 10 mins and the screen wasn't showing our order was prepared sign there wasn't any rush at that time and in the mean time they were cleaning the store so we went in to check what's happening cause kabsa doesn't need that much time to be prepared. The one who makes it had already made it and kept it near himself and was playing around with his phone the other guy who updates the order on the screen wasn't doing anything and other was cleaning around and when asked about our order they were like we didn't see that. So we were like how can you guys be so irresponsible we paid our money to buy things from you place and you guys have no idea what's happening there and there was no rush too at that time. So who ever is responsible for this thing just educate the proper etiquette of the staffs like there are more than 3 people there and still they can handle things the right way atleast they could give out a polite explanation or a sorry for their mistake but they are like if you want it you may take or just leave. It's not the proper way to handle your order or customer and I think some others would have also faced the same issues people responsible for this kindly take necessary...

To start with, there is no kunafa available anywhere in the city. What is available here is an expensive imitation of a traditional Middle Eastern dessert.
About "sign laban," they do not accept cards. A place which does not accept cards kind of shows its what business is run. That's an important detail.
Yet another Instagram-hyped location, this is a sweet spot for those night riders and couples to “CHILL.” There were a lot of aimless teenagers outside in gangs, and let's just leave it at that.
The guy at the counter was asked to suggest and sell the product which was their best. The guy suggested three or four items, all of which I bought, and quite honestly, they all tasted the same. The proportions of the colored cream varied, but that was about it.
Just to clarify, I am not stating it's a bad place or that the dessert is bad. The review is to point out that reality is far away from the insta hyped world. This is definitely not a family place, and for sure the product they serve cannot be called kunafa, but rather creamed desserts.
Space for sitting is limited. Place was clean. Staff seemed decent. Food was given to us without much delay. We ordered take out as the space was making us a bit...
Read moreThese desserts have great demand and hype nowadays and after trying it, it's more than justified. Very rich, layered and filling desserts. The Kabsa(₹380) is pure chocolate bliss with the layers -chocolate cake, chocolate cream, kunafa, and topped of with pistachio and chocolate sauce, chocos and pistachios. Also tried the Crispy Umm Ali (Pista Lotus) option. This too felt very filling that we had to parcel it as the Kabsa alone filled us up. The Umm Ali(₹350) has layers-crispy pieces of baklava sheets, vanilla sponge, lotus spread and pista sauce, milk cream finally topped off with vanilla ice cream. Both desserts were very tasty and satisfying. There's always a queue in the place so expect to wait if you want a seat on weekends, otherwise most people do take away. Each bite is not only a burst of many flavours but also of different textures like crispiness of the kunafa, creaminess of the sauces and fluffiness...
