I recently booked 2KiloGram Chicken biriyani from Nambiar’s Green Pepper through Zomato which was shown as (for 3 people) and i would like to give some feedback on my experience. (Every end of the month i take biriyanis in bulk to provide to people who haven't tasted biriyani like us.) Number of pieces was 4 which is of same buying 2 regular chicken biriyani. The biriyani flavor was lacking , the masala was so darn spicy and the chicken provided was rock hard. I called the owner and a lady answered and it was an instance where feedback from customers like us was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. As a business (hotel and restaurant)owner, your response to customer feedback can significantly impact the perception of your restaurant.
I understand that receiving criticism can be challenging, but it is our right to ask questions and raise issues about the quality and quantity of the food that we are PAYING for, and handling feedbacks with grace and a willingness to listen can turn a negative experience like this into a positive one.
Even i run an MNC company and so we know that its crucial to respect our customers and listen to their concerns no matter how impolite they are. I spoke to Mr Vinod and to my surprise he was much more courteous than the owners themselves.
I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit intended and that it helps in enhancing the overall experience at your restaurant and so giving a few edits on Zomato / Swiggy app about the proper detailed food informations can help you guys to avoid these mistakes again. But from my side this restaurant ain’t getting another order. Worst and spiciest biriyani...
Read moreVisited the restaurant last week. The ambience was pretty nice but not that great. We ordered most of their signature dishes. But the delay in getting each dish on the table was very unpleasant. Started with coconut grilled prawns followed by beef fry. Both of them were nice. Then the tragedy starts. We got chicken roast and porotta. Both of them were on the sweet side. After that tried ghee rice, that was also on the sweet side and not properly cooked. And finally we got our show stopper dish, live crab roast, which costed 750 rs. That was the most flop dish among all these. We visited the restaurant by watching Eat Cochi Eat's insta reels about green pepper. The crab dish was way more different than the one showed in Eat cochi Eat's video. The shells of the crab was not removed. We had to crack and remove it by ourselves. And there was not much flesh inside the shell. The masala was overpowering the crab. It was totally horrible experience. We never expected such a thing from that kind of restaurant. Since they are aware of their dishes, they could have warned from ordering everything from sweet side. They insisted trying to taste their signature dishes, which ended up being a tragedy. So overall the experience...

He states bitiyani is not available, instead he can offer something else. I said being EID we wanted Biriyani and he said he has no options. I asked then why did you accept the order. Hebhas no answer for it. He said I dont have any choice, cancel your order. I said he 11th hour, what alternative will I make, he stated, that's not my issue.
