Pizza Hut | New Market, Kolkata — Restaurant in Kolkata

Today, I went there with my friend we have placed the order for the 2 onion capsicum the price for one was 99 rupees. First they told me that you have to place minimum 4 pizza for this one we don't provide 2, I have showed them the snap that I have visited here few days ago and at that time I have place the order for one. Then they told me that price for this pizza has been incerase last month it wass 99rupees after including gst and all for 2 pizza you have to pay 240 rupees. I have again showed them snap that in this month January only I have eaten the same pizza from their outlet. Then after lots of arguments the staff taking the order told me madam system is not taking the order for this one it's not available I have asked her is it out of stock or what? She then told me now it's available but not taking the order then after few minutes she told mam it's taking order but see price will be 240 for 2 pizza I told her I have to pay 40 rupees gst on it you are overcharging me then she went backside of the kitchen one male member was also there who was telling me he was the supervisor earlier he was also telling the same shit but as I have started talking with customer support. He started asking me madam cash or card although I have continued talking to the pizza hut customer support the have asked me all the daetails. After sometime another female staff had taken my order from 99 rupees she told price has been decreased then to 79 rupees so from 240 for to I end up paying 166 for 2 pizza .

SEE EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE HAS BEEN DECREASED THEY WERE OVERCHARGING ME 80 RUPEES SEE. And today the pizza I have eaten was not good at all it was sour in taste I don't know whey due to all these maybe the have provided the bad product it was not worth at all such a bad in taste as compared to the last time.Bread was hard and it was all sour.

Beware everyobe tgis outlet overcharged customers those who don't know how to calculate gst and all..and about the food quality as well the provide sour and hard bread...

This pizza hut near the new market is such an appealing and calming place to dine-in. I really loved this environment and their staff's service, they were so polite and cooperative. The staff of this pizza hut outlet is genuinely so good. Me and my friends went there for Friday unlimited pizza dine-in and we were served very generously by the staff and according to the term of their unlimited pizza offer that you cannot carry the remaining food outside the shop but I just asked the staff whether they will throw our leftover food in the dustbin or will they give it to the needed person so he just politely said that they will throw away our leftovers so I just told him to not throw the leftovers just can you provide me a paper bag I'll carry our leftovers and I'll give it to a needy person outside and immediately agreed on this and provided me a paper bag without any charges and also appreciate me for this kind decision. I know this is such a small thing to mention but genuinely these are the things that are meant to be appreciated for the staff because being a human in this society is more helpful than being a person following terms...
