Kitchen Garden — Restaurant in Mumbai

Today, as I sit in the serene surroundings of the Kitchen Garden, I find myself reflecting on the wonderful experience I’ve had—and it would be incomplete without acknowledging the people who made it so memorable.

Mr. Raj Khandare deserves a special mention. His warmth, professionalism, and constant attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and delightful. From the moment I arrived, he ensured that every detail was looked after with genuine care. His presence brings a sense of comfort and hospitality that is rare to find. Thank you, Raj, for going above and beyond you truly made a difference.

I would also love to extend my appreciation to Shaile and Sakshi two incredibly dedicated and sweet souls who added so much charm to the visit. Their friendly nature, positive energy, and ever-ready-to-help attitude created such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s always the people that make a place feel special, and these two girls are the perfect example of that.

Dear Team Kitchen Garden Colaba, I sincerely hope that you take action against Saurabh for a disappointing experience yet again. Whenever I visit I always order the Roasted Veggies sandwich and request to 'Replace' the fresh buffalo mozzarella with parmesan and roasted peppers with mushrooms. During my last visit on 6th January I was not informed and over charged for the parmesan and fetto cheese. There was no replacement against the fresh buffalo mozzarella. In the month of October 2021 I was visiting your BKC outlet daily for lunch and not once was I refused my request and they were extremely welcoming.

But my experience has been extremely horrible at your Colaba outlet and they really do not care about client experience.

I tried having dinner tonight at Kitchen Garden. But the only reason I was unable to eat there was because of the Manager's attitude and behavior. Since the restaurant is in Colaba, parking is nearly impossible. There were 2 available parking spots - one a little tight and one right outside the restaurant. While I was trying to park in the spot outside the restaurant, the manager came out and instead of helping, said I couldn't park there. He said it would block the entrance even though there would have been enough space for people to walk in and out. So I asked him to help me park the car in the tight spot by directing me. He refused yet again. He was more than comfortable turning away a patron and risking negative reviews instead of trying to find a solution. In a service industry so highly dependent on customer satisfaction, Kitchen Garden's manager's rudeness and lack of help was appalling. I shall be conveying my experience to anyone who asks for a...
