I recently visited Chai Point and ordered the paratha and chai combo but my experience was a letdown. Here's what went wrong:

I specifically asked for ginger and cutting tea, but they served elachi tea without even informing me that ginger tea was not available. This was a clear miscommunication and a lack of attention to customer preferences. The parathas were a disaster.they served us ready to eat packed parathas, which meant they hadn't even made a fresh one. What's shocking is that it still took them a lot of time to serve us, as if they were making the parathas from scratch. I'm starting to think they have a secret underground paratha lab where they're trying to break the world record for the longest time taken to serve a pre-packed paratha. To make matters worse, the paratha was raw and ridiculously oily. Maybe the oil was special ingredient. I ordered two parathas and the delay in serving them was inexcusable. Even after reminding them multiple times that we were getting late, the staff seemed oblivious to our concerns. The service was painfully slow. We asked the staff to hurry up but they seemed to be in no rush. When we asked them about the delay, all they did was exchange smiles and glances with each other, which was frustrating and unprofessional. To add insult to injury, after paying a substantial amount of Rs. 430, all we got was disappointment. We were in a hurry and asked them to pack our order but even that was too much to ask. We ended up leaving everything behind because there was no point in taking home raw food and we were already late for a client call. I'm still trying to figure out why people would come back to Chai Point after experiencing such poor service and food quality. Maybe they have a secret loyalty program that rewards customers for their patience and ability to tolerate subpar food. Or maybe they are just gluttons for punishment and enjoy the thrill of waiting for hours for a raw, oily paratha. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the raw parathas, but I wish I had. The experience was a waste of time and money, and I would not recommend Chai Point to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying breakfast.

It's surprising to see that this place has high ratings, but maybe some people enjoy raw food, slow service, and a side of oil with their parathas. However, for those who value their time and expect decent food, Chai Point is a place to avoid. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chai Point and wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Sheetal. My experience with the coffee, both hot and cold, was truly remarkable.

Coffee Quality: The coffee at Chai Point exceeded my expectations. Both the hot and cold coffee were delicious, well-prepared, and perfectly balanced. The hot coffee had a rich, aromatic flavor, while the cold coffee was refreshing with just the right blend of sweetness and strength. It's clear that great care and skill went into making both beverages.

Service Quality: What stood out even more than the excellent coffee was the way Sheetal served it. She was warm, courteous, and highly attentive throughout my visit. Her friendly demeanor made the experience feel personal and inviting. The attention to detail in her service, from the way she presented the coffee to ensuring everything was perfect, was commendable. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to the visit.

Overall Experience: Sheetal’s professionalism and dedication to making sure I had a pleasant experience were truly impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right, and her positive attitude made a great impression. Her service, combined with the fantastic quality of the coffee, made my visit to Chai Point memorable.

11 th September 2024 We ordered for tea and svacch using their app. Due to connectivity issues money got deducted but as per the outlet the order wasn’t confirmed. Called the cc but they said the same thing that they can’t process order. Ridiculous when you have taken the money too. Ordered at the outlet again so wastage of money and time. there was no WiFi and mobile data won’t work. Ordered for tea which was average. Samosa for 2 pieces was Rs 130 and rs 95 for 1. Too expensive for the taste and quality being given. Vada pav is for Rs 119 but very average taste. AC wasn’t effective. Standard experience

A small outlet opposite modern bazaar on the area that connects worldmark 1 and 2. It was all dirty. Asked for water but they refused initially and then said there was no one to serve but finally served. Had potato puff which was ok sorta. Not crunchy. Cold coffee was not good. No flavour, not cold and half froth. Burger was ok....
