Nua-cafe Aerocity — Restaurant in New Delhi

I recently visited this place, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the lack of attentiveness and consideration from the staff. First, they got our order wrong—we ordered spaghetti but were served penne instead. Keep in mind, I spent 3,000 here.

To make matters worse, the cocktail I ordered had a fly in it. When I brought this up with the staff, they returned the glass partially empty, suggesting that since I had consumed half of it, I wasn’t entitled to a full refill. I chose not to argue, but it felt insulted. After spending such an amount, the least I expected was a replacement for a drink fully that they themselves had contaminated.

On the positive side, the pasta was good, but the pizza was bland. The ambience was pleasant, but the music was too loud and could have been toned down slightly.

I visited Nua cafe on Valentine’s Day, expecting a special evening, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. While the ambiance was nice, the service completely ruined the night.

We waited for nearly an hour, and our food still hadn’t arrived. They didn’t even serve our drinks until we specifically asked for them. To make things worse, people who arrived after us were being served while we were left waiting, feeling completely ignored.

It wasn’t overwhelmingly busy where we could understand delays. Yet, the staff seemed completely inattentive, making the poor service even more unacceptable.

Nua is another great option for visitors. They serve a variety of food and drinks. We ordered Teriyaki Udon noodles, Margherita pizza, and Mongolian chicken. From the drinks section, we chose Mad Eye Moody, Six Fields draught beer, and Bee's Knees. Although I don't usually prefer Margherita pizza, this time it was out of this world.
