Welcome to Balistar Coffee, where the allure of Bali's famed Luwak coffee is more than just a flavor; it's an immersive experience. As you enter, the robust aroma of freshly ground beans and the sight of a luwak pet create a sensory tapestry that sets the stage for a unique coffee adventure.

The star of the show, Bali's Luwak coffee, is not just a beverage; it's a testament to the island's rich coffee heritage. The genuine strength of the brew reflects the meticulous process from bean selection to the final cup. Each sip is a journey through the hills of Bali, where the civets roam and the coffee cherries undergo their transformation.

The presence of a luwak pet within the store adds an extra layer of authenticity to your experience. Observing these curious creatures, known for their role in the coffee production process, bridges the gap between the coffee cup and the natural origins of this unique brew.

The staff at Balistar Coffee, passionate about their craft, guide you through the intricacies of Luwak coffee. Their expertise transforms the act of sipping into a narrative of Bali's coffee culture, and they are eager to share the story behind each cup.

Balistar Coffee isn't just a coffee shop; it's a cultural hub where the genuine strength of Bali's Luwak coffee becomes a focal point. The luwak pet, the aroma, and the expertise of the staff converge to create an experience that goes beyond the ordinary coffee ritual.

My Favorite Coffee Stop in Bali! 🌿

I absolutely loved this place! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and passionate — they explained the different blends and even helped me choose the best ones to take home. I ended up buying so much coffee because everything smelled and tasted amazing — each blend had its own unique story and flavor. You can feel the care and authenticity that goes into their craft.

The cozy bamboo interior, the lush green decor, and the calm, earthy energy make it such a beautiful experience. Whether you’re a coffee lover or just curious to explore Bali’s local coffee culture, Balistar Coffee is a must-visit.

Highly recommend it for great coffee, great service, and a true taste of Bali!

I can't even count how many times we came back to this place! It's authentic, cozy, interesting, tradition - oriented. They don't just sell coffee and tea ( prices are reasonable and even cheap), there are two luwaks ( alive animals that " produce" expensive coffee) that sit on a special seat and you can touch them and take a picture waiting for your beverage. I understand that it's just a move to drive more clients, but coffee and tea is tasty, every day they have special offers, the stuff is very nice and friendly and speaks English, you can even see a big machine where they mill coffee and the smell is coffee - ish. You can also buy coffee here. The only minus might be the small size of its place, so you should come early to get a place if you want to sit, but still, it doesn't depend on them. So I truly recommend it as a balinesse spot to have an unusual cup of coffee ( they have coconut coffee and hazelnut...
