I recently visited this store with my friends and we purchased nearly 20 lipsticks along with several hand creams. What should have been a pleasant shopping experience was completely ruined by the staffâs rude attitude.
When I simply asked about the discount for individual items (since my friends needed to reimburse me later), the staff kept pushing the total price and avoided answering directly. One female staff member with a high ponytail was especially unprofessionalârolling her eyes, smirking, and treating us with obvious disrespect.
When I asked to take a photo of the screen showing the prices (to keep track of the breakdown), she responded sarcastically with, âWe give receipts, you know,â and âNo refunds or exchanges.â Her tone and attitude were incredibly dismissive and mocking.
Even if the products are decent, the poor customer service made the experience extremely disappointing. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and provides better training for...
