The waiters and waitresses weren’t paying attention. We ordered 4 different foods, the first one took half an hour to be served (tokyo drift, it was bland and the saikoro didn’t taste fresh), the second food took 40 minutes (frikkin beef, it was ok), the third one took 45 minutes (goat fried rice), and the last food took a whole hour to be served (chicken waffles). They also don’t have your regular soft drink options. We kept on asking about our food, but our complaints didn’t change anything. In the end someone from our group of friends had to take matters into her own hands and went to the counter to wait for the chicken waffle. What happened was, the first batter was burnt and the workers did nothing but stare for a few minutes. The service was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We were offered a single scoop ice cream as a compensation. In the end when we paid I complained to the person in charge of the register and she blamed the tardiness on the waffle maker when in fact when my friend went to check she saw the machine worked just fine, but the people working just didn’t look after it. If this was true, only the waffle would be late but all our foods were late. The waffle was served in the end so the machine worked just fine, no? Or if the machine really broke down they should’ve informed us instead of letting us wait for a whole hour. If we were given a proper apology and explanation, I don’t think we would’ve been this mad. This morning I came to this place & was served very good by the staff so I came back for lunch during peak hours, but the services were different, so I edited my review.

2nd time I came was for lunch. There is one empty table for 4 & some tables available upstairs. I asked to be seated at the table in front of the cafe, but the reception said that the table was reserved for 12:00, while I came at around 12:20. Which means the guest hasn’t arrived and already very late. She said that I still cannot sit there because she’s afraid the guest will angry. They have already been late for almost half an hour & you can’t give the table to a walk-in customer?? What a patient cafe. So we decided to just walk away. It’s a shame that they chose to lose a customer for a guest who may not even come after reserved there. ——————- Below is my review from my visit earlier in the morning. 👇
