Cloud Lounge Jakarta (Rooftop) — Restaurant in Jakarta

1st night : Overpriced and lousy service. I went there and ask for “balentines” bottle which cost abt 1.5mill and the waiter said they’re out of stock.. then i decide to order “chivas” which is cost 2.1mill so they gave me sofa and they told me the minimum spend for the sofa is 3mill... after half a bottle, i decide to order another bottle just to make it to 3mill... all the cheap wine they said no stock and i think its so funny they put it on their menu while they dont have it. And then i ask the waiter (Another waiter)to check for the “balentines” at the bar... and the waiter came back to us and said they got stock for it. So why the 1st waiter told us that they are out of stock? Its so frustrating and i decide to call to the manager. So we called the manager and told her the story. The manager said its a miss communication of their waiter and apologize for it. I then told the manager how unhappy i am and i feel cheated. And the end of the night, they gave me 10% discount for the total bill.. TQ to the manager name ibu PUTRI.

2nd night: I decided to go there and finish my other bottle, this time they were not so strict so they gave mr sofa for no minimum spending required. But when i ask water for mixer, they start giving me the expensive water bottle for the mixer, hesitates to complain, i just proceed. And after half the bottle, i think the waiter want to go back early or something, they start pouring like he is drunk but not us, who mixed half of Glass of liquor and 1/3 of water? Expexting us to finish the bottle faster and open another bottle? That is so lousy and irresponsible attitude by the waiter. I visited Cloud Lounge for their wonderful selection of drinks, nice ambience and great hospitality. I found out that their churros is very good and i decided to try for myself. I am elated to have their churros because it was good. Cloud is one of the most luxurious and high end rooftop bars in jakarta with great views of the city. Decor looks nice. Tables are quite pricy wih a minimum spend.. service was great and staff were helpful. overall nice place to start off the evening on a weekend The city view from high above was absolutely wonderful! I could see the notorious traffic jam, but it looked great from above. Best time to come at around 6.30pm when the sun sets, then the city lights start to lit up entering the night for a night view. Stunning view!

The ambiance was cosy, with leather sofas which was perfect for me and my friends. Staff were friendly enough. I had a glass of house red wine, a thin crust pizza (oven baked) and feeling naughty I had dessert too - delicious. Enjoyed them all!

As for the dessert, it was something I could not forget as the taste of the Tiramisu, melted in my mouth, tasted so heavenly. I'll be back for the Tiramisu!

Cool and nice bars to sit and chit chat. It comes with indoor n outdoor, but i choose outdoor area to avoid too much smoke. Music was Ok and entertaining, but some drink not available....

Rooftop Bar in South Jakarta – Scenic but Pricey and Noisy

This rooftop bar offers a decent selection of drinks and food—nothing too extensive, but the taste is acceptable. One major downside is the high minimum spend: IDR 1.5 million, and after tax and service fees, you’ll end up paying at least IDR 1.8 million. Definitely something to keep in mind.
