Milou Farm House - Grand Indonesia — Restaurant in Jakarta

The food was good but the service and the atmosphere were just not it. I first stumbled across this restaurant when I saw their ice cream display. One of their staff (the male with the long hair) did something to my mom and made me look into his eyes so that I would think he was handsome. The other male staff (the more endowed one) was such a gem and listened to my mom and gave us a great service with his quick service skills and how quickly and efficiently he handled our orders but the other ones (a female and another male who had a middle part in his hair and thick glasses) were just energy vampires and attacked my mom. The Central vendor across from the restaurant also attacked my mom and we had to separate ourselves from these people multiple times just to not get attacked.

Not everyone is bad but not everyone is good either.

The hamburg was delicious however I couldn't say the same for the burger (just a recommendation, I would love for them to use their hamburg meat on their burger instead of their current patty and use less sauce so it'd be easier to pick up and eat). The kitchen was also quite mean to my mom and called her pompous which did hurt her feelings because it wasn't her intention to act like that, we were just buying food. I mean, the food is good but it's hard to continue eating if the staff and the kitchen continue to act that way.

This is just feedback however I do hope the staff and the kitchen could improve on their service skills and I hope that one very sweet male cashier who helped us navigate the menu could get a raise and a promotion for his kind words and amazing...

A very nice and unique cafe! This cafe has a pop-up theme like BT21 and spy X family. I visited there during the spy family theme with my friends and we really had a great experience. I like the menu variation, and I especially like the food presentation! The menu tastes good, my fave is the potato corn soup and caramel sea salt boba! Because there's a lot of excitement for the visitor, there is a line up/queuing. Glad, that you can put your name and phone number, so the cafe will contact you when there's an available table. They also have free merchandise if you order a set of food+beverage. You can also get a discount if you want to buy the merchandise after the meal. Service when you order and pay is so-so (or not too friendly I might say?maybe it's because the waiters feel overwhelmed with the crowded enthusiast customers, but some staff are very helpful and they took a nice photo for us! all the food excludes tax 11% and...

this restaurant is quite secluded. it's located inside the central department store, so you need to go inside the store and walk across the display area. it could be a good option if you're looking for a private space.

the interior design is modern with trees as decorations. the seats are comfortable. however, it's quite pricey here. they have different menus from oriental, western, and local dishes. most of the menus cost more than 60K rupiah. the drinks are also expensive. they cost more than 40K rupiah, including the bottled water. all of the price shown on the menu are before tax and service fee.

the chicken katsu japanese curry is delicious. the curry is light and tasty. aside from the katsu on top, they also put diced meat in the curry sauce.

the buffalo chicken wings are also delicious. they're crispy outside, and good with the sauce. the sauce is spicy, although it won't be too spicy...
