For a pricey coffee place, the service was the worst. I ordered an Ice Latte & the waiter failed to mention that the one on the menu had palm sugar. When I complained, 3 different people came to me saying the exact same thing over & over again. None of them came with a solution & they were really unwilling to replace my coffee with regular ice latte without palm sugar. The first waiter even lied saying that my coffee had been replaced with regular ice latte when the coffee & glass (incl. the coffee left on the straw when I first tasted it) were clearly the exact one I complained about. At the end they were stalling, saying they were going to discuss it first & never got back to me until I finished my food. Coffee was terrible, food was just okay, the menu was pricey. They even charged +15 for oatmilk and +10 for extra espresso shot. I could name several reputable coffee shops in Menteng area that would charge +10 for oatmilk and +5 for extra shot. WILL...
