Pancious — Restaurant in Jakarta

Zer0 star for the food and their cheating behavior. The only good thing about this place, is the location, nothing more.

I ordered melted mozzarella chicken, but they gave me WHIPPED CREAM "CHEESE" Chicken. And when i protested it, they told me that they used two types of cheese, the cream and the mozza, but after i confronted further about where the mozza was (cos there ware merely the cream no mozza at all!), they finally gave me EXTREMELLY SMALL AMOUNT of mozza in A VERY SMALL cup! I paid 100k for your dish to get a decent mozzarella (according to its name), NOT a whip cream! And the kitchen team still tried to lie even more about the 2 types of cheese! Comeon guys, mozza is a common thing nowdays, dont decieve your customer by saying mozza is a cream! The Place is beautifully decorated, good ambience. In my opinion they got the best waffles in jakarta, 2nd only to those waffles in XXI cinema hahahahaha (can't beat eating waffles while watching movies i suppose)

The steaks are nice too, they got those truffle mushroom sauce which is preety rare to see in this price range price, the sauce went nice with everything french fries, steaks, waffles.

I haven't ordered the pancakes but saw other table ordered them, looks amazing and fluffy too, just gorgeus.

I already eat here a few times and every branch have always met my expectation. Good consistency of taste either it is for the coffee and food.

Ordered one of their all-day breakfast menus, grilled sausage and hash brown. Overall, it was ok and the hash brown was nice and crispy. I figured why not also try their pancakes as I would say they are their main meal. Subsequently, I tried the pancious original which was somewhat plain. I suppose the butter that they provided was unsalted butter.

One issue in my dining experience was the service. The servant forgot to give us the maple syrup for the pancakes. We had to ask twice for a spoon and extra butter, which did not arrive at all at our table. I suppose because the restaurant was packed and busy on a friday night, but it is definitely something to consider...
