Going with high expectations because my experience with their other branch is good. The interior is nicely done with jazzy tunes, and they are quite full, 75% filled during dinner time. The menu price wise is quite fair. I ordered Lasagna since they marked it as recommended and an ice blended drink called Made My Day. Dissatisfied because the waiting time for the food is too long for a simple dish. They only give out the free light bites after 15 min. waiting, 22 min. for drinks to be served, and 31 minutes for my dish to arrive. Mind you this is just for 1 dish per person. While pasta is normally made in 15-20 min. & lasagna usually pre-cooked already. I wonder if they have to serve a big party, how long it takes for the dishes to arrive. But since it's only recently opened, maybe they are still grasping operational things. Seems they are understaffed or something is still inefficient, but I observed everyone's pasta order arrived for quite some time. I also prefer the lasagna taste of other establishments, so I probably should have stuck with ordering pizza. The drink, Made My Day is really good when it's arrived as slushy juice, don't let it sit out more than 15 min. though as it will melt and tastes not as enjoyable. Hopefully things will improve a few months later.
On a 2nd visit, things are much improved. Pizza dough was consistently delicious, eaten in house or delivery. We ordered: Arancini 🌟 Umami cheesy just the way I like it. Pasta Bolognese Freahly made pasta with delicious tomato sauce. Carbonara Pizza Try this for a creamy cheese pizza if you don't like truffle and mushroom. It's sort of the same genre. Long waiting for the pizza is now acceptable as the place is super packed. All the pizzas are made to order and not pre- made. The owner has tried their best and the staff are already packed in the pantry.
On my 3rd visit I ordered more variety: Aglio Olio Pepperoncini Fettuccine Amatriciana BBQ Manzo Pizza (S) Rich Chocolate Cake
Both the pasta and pizza were good, the chocolate cake was decadent and not too sweet. Service was also...
Read moreTried this newly opened Italian Restaurant at Grand Indonesia. It was located at the LG Level of East Mall. This is their new outlet at the center of Jakarta. The usher at the front was friendly to explain their restaurant menu that’s why we gave it a try. Their afternoon package promo is up from afternoon until they’re closed. You can get one dessert from their display and one selection of coffee/tea for the package. I ordered Choco Mint, Tiramisu Latte, Triple Chocolate Cake, Truffle Fries, Fried Calamari, Pepperoni Pizza during our visit. Like many Italian restaurants, they will serve you bread appetizers while waiting for your food. I’m a bit disappointed to know that they were rated as one of the 50 Top Pizza Asia Pacific 2023 yet my pizza I ordered was just okay, nothing special. Maybe I just failed to order their signature pizza. The Truffle Fries we ordered didn’t have any truffle aroma, yet the waiter noticed in the first place and apologized for their kitchen that forgot to add some ingredients (truffle oil). Surely they gave us some replacement though. The fried calamari was just okay, the dipping sauce for the fries was sweet like salad dressing. I prefered the sour garlic dipping sauce of the calamari. Their triple chocolate dessert, tiramisu latte and choco mint were good and not too sweet. They almost double charged us for the cake after the afternoon package but the other waiter noticed it again and gave us a bill correction. I love their humble honesty but they kept doing mistakes and apologized for it during my very first visit. They also promised us to give a complimentary of vanilla and strawberry ice cream, yet they forgot it and we left...

Known for its artisanal pizzas with thin, crispy crusts and generous, high-quality toppings, the restaurant combines authentic Italian flavors with stylish presentation.
This time, we tried the P.M.O. Pizza, which uses sourdough as the base. This classic favorite features a soft, crispy, golden-brown crust topped with rich tomato sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, and slices of savory pepperoni. The pepperoni curls slightly as it bakes, turning crispy at the edges and releasing flavorful oils that enhance the taste. The combination of gooey cheese, zesty pepperoni, and slightly tangy sauce creates a satisfying balance of flavors.
The Pesto Chicken Pasta offers a flavorful green pesto sauce combined with tender pieces of mushroom, chicken, and fettuccine. Topped with Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil, the dish has a vibrant, herby flavor with a creamy texture. The chicken adds a hearty, savory element, balancing the freshness of the sauce.
Zuppa di Patate features tender potatoes simmered in a light and creamy broth. It’s a warm, satisfying dish—especially enjoyable when paired with bread.
Lastly, the Tiramisu dessert combines rich and creamy layers. Each layer is dusted with a light coating of cocoa powder, adding a subtle bitterness that balances the sweetness. We were informed that it also contains alcohol. With its soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture and harmonious blend of cocoa and cream, it's the perfect way to end the meal.
