I seldom leave such a review. Place is nice enough. BUT: The staff charged me 10,000 for Parmesan that should have been in my salad to begin with (listed as “Parmesan Shavings”) there were no shavings, I got a thimble full, the size of my nail and was charged 25% the cost of a full plate of food. Also, got charged 10,000 for Avocado, which again was very above what the other plate with avocado cost with only 5,000 extra. I liked the food ok but felt very much taken advantage of. I expressed my concern to the staff but was essentially ignored. I will never be returning to this establishment, a shame as I live nearby. I ordered several things on the menu, two beers etc, so very bad customer consideration and short sighted. Perhaps a reason why the place is empty and needs to overcharge their customers, which could be recurring but because of their mindset are certainly one time only. Great food here, and incredibly competitive pricing. I’m from the US, and I can say while the western food isn’t exactly what you’d expect, it is still delicious. My vanilla milkshake was a bit on the milky side, but still had the right taste. The BLT was fairly standard, but the “honey mayonnaise” wasn’t. I’ve found this to be the case with most Bali restaurants making western food - they’re pretty close, but there’s usually some kind of twist that isn’t exactly western.
