Do not take my word lightly for I consider myself somewhat of an expert in the field of cookies - I harness experience both from making and tasting. That being said, when I say I ascended upon placing a bite of the matcha macadamia white chocolate cookie upon my tongue, I mean it with burning conviction. The store is a humble cramped space of Soul aesthetic squished carefully between two other stores so one easily overlooks it. This on its own gives it a sort of discovered-gem feeling, even if the entrance is scarcely without a long line of people ravenous for what Ambrosia is in the baking in there. The staff is lovely, even through the constant influx of costumers, and even if I saw two at once at most. Then, of course, the cookies. Personally, I only had the matcha cookie because when I see white chocolate and matcha combo, it’s like my brain is overridden by some sort of animalistic instinct for hunt. But solely based on this I can say that you have not tasted chewier and simultaneously crispier cookie in your life. It’s sweet just enough to balance all the flavors, finally a cookie that does not overwhelm with sugar - a worry I oftentimes have with cookies as sometimes it feels like my teeth are rotting off. It’s a good chunk so you actually feel satisfied once the last bite leaves the adorable carton box, as sad as the moment is. Overall, my rating is a flaming 5/5, and I mean every. Single. Star. 100% recommend if you have a sweet tooth, love beautifully looking food, enjoy experimental flavor combinations, and have an eye and feel for aesthetic things. Endearing experience. Made midterms survivable. Added a few more months to my life expectancy. Induced a religious experience in an atheist overthinker who asks too many questions and thus never beliefs fully in anything. Changed that day. I believe in Cookieboy.

Love love this place! I work out of the city centre a bit, but I always try to come here for lunch or breakfast. The owner is super nice and dedicated to improving his service and cookies/coffees. The cookies themselves provide a good variety, are packed with flavour, and so soft yet provide a good bite. Despite their size, they don't feel heavy when you eat them and aren't too sweet to the point where it makes you feel icky. A must stop place for cookies and coffee, and a great owner to talk to. Did I mention he does collection orders? Great place if you want a nice batch of cookies for your next event! šŸŖāœØ cookie tier list (accurate as of 17th April 2024) ✨ The cookies are all good, but these are my must trys in order 1. Blueberry cheesecake 2. Matcha white chocolate 3. S'mores dark chocolate 4. Double Dark chocolate 5. Walnut dark N/A - Vegan biscoff. No other vegan cookies so unfair to judge against the other options. However, even I'm not vegan I still enjoyed it very much

I try to drop in to the shop whenever I’m in town during daytime. My most favourite cookies are macadamia nuts & matcha one and chocolate chip & nuts one. The owner has always been so kind and congenial. Once I didn’t make it to their closing time, but when I knocked the door he kindly let me in to buy his cookies. He even gave me an extra for free saying it was a leftover. There was a heavy storm and rain on that day, me and my friend were dripping wet, and the owner’s hearty hospitality really warmed our hearts up. Even before that I was already a fan of their cookies and of him, but since then I’m a keen fan. Thank you so much for your service and I’ll keep dropping in in the future as wellā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

An absolutely stand out establishment in Dublin City Center that caters to one unequivocal need everyone has - a desire for a fire cookie.

For the past year nearly every journey I've made into the city center has been rewarded with one of various incredible cookies, and time after time I have been further rewarded with absolutely lovely conversations with everyone working there.

The chocolate and walnut cookies is a hit with everyone I gift it to (and it makes for a great date surprise) but the highlight for me is the orange, almond and ginger cookie. However, the showstopper when you enter may just be the smores cookie, a heavenly double if not triple chocolate chip cookie stuffed with maybe the single biggest marshmello I have ever seen - an absolute meal in and of itself.

If you're in Dublin, or thinking about visiting, put this on your radar. You won't be let down, except if you go on a Monday when...
