Food was good. Service was the worst we have ever experienced:
We reserved a table directly on the restaurant website and when we got there nothing was processed and no table saved, there was no apology and no direction for where we should sit either and even when we entered in the restaurant the waiter looked at us directly and stayed in the same place looking at the air ? What the hell?
We asked for dessert and while waiting for it a waiter came to rush us for the bill. We told we haven't even been served for dessert.
The waiter served us the desserts and asked us to pay, again? What is going on with these waiters honestly so rude!
3rd time while we were eating the dessert, the waiter came AGAIN, asking to pay the bill. Jesus christ we asked him "Can we please finish our dessert?"
Honestly so rude we can't even eat in peace, we know is sunday and they probably wished to be home but it was barely 8pm and honestly this was just stressful and distasteful!
Meanwhile there was a couple that changed tables twice and they were waiting for so long that they end up leaving!
Please provide training for these waiters and managers because no one seems to know their position.

We had booked a family meal in the restaurant to celebrate our daughter 21st birthday because of the menu available and the ambiance of the restaurant. When we arrived we were sat at a table in the bar, and we were told the restaurant wasn’t available due to a party, even though we had a confirmed reservation. The waiter arrived with a set menu with an extremely poor choice of ‘bar food’. When asked could they accommodate one of the meals from the original menu, because of the special occasion, he asked the manager and came back saying it was not possible because they were too busy with the party. The restaurant should have notified anyone who booked that night about all the changes for the night at the time of booking, and we would have booked somewhere else. The manager did NOT make any effort whatsoever, did NOT come to us and sent the waiter instead to deal with it (he was v nice apologetic and not his fault). Their manager’s customer service is appalling! We left the restaurant disgusted and will never go back!! We were left looking for somewhere else to celebrate her birthday at 8.30 on a Thursday night.
