So far my top 3 拌花菜Ban Hua Cai (Sweet sour and spicy cucumber salad with fried bean curds and peanuts) in Dublin. You can taste that they made their own chili oil for the dish. Perfect fragrance and balance. It's not too sweet & sour like some other restaurants and hence the perfect refreshing dish for the summer. The 冷面 cold soup noodle was also top. There were plenty of beef slices in the soup (at least 6 slices so we were very happy). 老式锅包肉 Old style crispy pork was a meh. I'd say it was below average even in Dublin. The meat slices were too thin and a bit fatty. Either the batter wasn't right or the oil temperature was too low, it wasn't crispy. There wasn't enough starch in its sauce, as a result, it wasn't attached evenly to the pork. Considering how classic and important this dish is in Northeastern China, the chef really needs to improve. I would NOT recommend ordering this dish here. We ordered extra and take out what we couldn't finish for the next day's lunch. The price was good. I've heard good things about its steam Bao buns. Many local Chinese come and order takeaway for their breakfast the next day. We encountered one of those. 8ish pm Parnell St wasn't the safest to eat. We stayed there for an hour. There was a drunk guy walking into the restaurant shouting Ni Hao to the restaurant staff with absolutely no intention to order anything. Then there were two teenagers knocking on windows from the outside because they saw us eating. I'd recommend sitting at a more inside table. Not sure if they have cold noodle冷面 and cucumber salad拌花菜 on their English menu. I'd say the cold noodle and cucumber dish is the perfect amount for 2 ppl to share. If you're going with a vegetarian/vegan friend, just ask the staff to put the meat in a separate dish and ask for two bowls to share (so that you can get all the meat and egg, it's the best). The taste highly likely will blow their mind. Overall happy. I would recommend eating here.

I wanted to try a Spice Bag (crispy fried chicken, french fries, stir-fried vegetables like onions and peppers, and a blend of spices, all tossed together in a paper bag, served with a side of curry sauce) while in Ireland, and I read that it’s a thing at Chinese take-out spots. Since we didn’t want to go out for dinner, we decided to UberEats, and I saw Shi Wang Yun had the dish. So we ordered that, along with Beef Ho Fun, and a Hot & Sour Soup. The chicken in the spice bag was good, but the fries were basic. The spice on it kind of reminds me of the Szechuan spice. The curry sauce was a nice addition. We ordered a large without realizing just how large it would be and we probably finished only about half of it. The beef ho fun might be the worst ho fun I have ever eaten. They use dried rice noodles but the rice noodles taste old. Everything was stuck together in one giant cube. We threw most of this out. The hot and sour soup is not like the typical hot and sour soup that you’d find in the U.S. There aren’t ingredients like bamboo, mushrooms, or pork. Instead, it was just egg and tofu in a spicy broth. It was not what I was expecting but I liked it (but not more than the version at home). Overall, the meal wasn’t great. I’m not sure if you can really call this Chinese food. I’m sure there are better spice bags out there.

Probably the best tasting Chinese (Asian) food I’ve eaten in Ireland by far! I just love the authenticity of their dishes, so many to choose from . Special chow mein and with Hand rolled noodles? Just amazing and their special fried rice and deep fried prawns with chilli(star of the meal) I can’t wait to go back! A special mention of the girl who waited on our table, I was told her name is Yang Yang. Amazing hospitality!

Awful , we ordered of just eat and the food came , it was cold but we gave it the benefit of the doubt as it was being delivered. The salt and chilli squid was awful very pale and looked undercooked and not very flavoursome at all. The spice box was so bland and not spicy at all and the chicken was dry and had little to no flavour. The curry sauce came and we had ordered two pots and not one pot was used because it was thick and solid and physically impossible to dip anything into it as it was a hard gloopy texture. We had ordered fortune cookies and they never came and instead got an extra spice box which was awful. The prawn crackers were soft and seemed to be stale as if they were sitting out for a while . We will never order from here again absolutely awful and the curry sauce was definitely the worst part. Also my partner has had a bad stomach since eating it and I also haven’t felt great. Turnful, disgusting , not worth...
