I called ahead to ask if they take reservations and was told, “Just walk in, we don’t do reservations.” So we did exactly that — walked in and were seated at a table offered to us by the host/server. Moments later, another group came in behind us, and then the host/server returned to tell us we had to get up because the table was “reserved” for that group.
First, why tell customers you don’t take reservations and then prioritize someone with a “reservation”? Second, what kind of respectable restaurant seats guests and then kicks them out after they’re settled?
To make matters worse, the attitude we received — especially from a male manager or cook — was downright rude and dismissive. It wasn’t until my husband walked in that they even tried to resolve the situation. Before that, as it was just us women, we were treated like an inconvenience and pushed around. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and sexist.
Thankfully, we ended up having an incredible meal next door at Indian Tiffin. And after reading other recent reviews about food poisoning and raw food here, it seems like we dodged a bullet. Absolutely will not...

The food was worst we ordered Manchuria, chicken lollipop, Dabeli, vadapav, noodles,chicken biryani all were disappointing;
Manchuria was dry from inside all flour less veggies no taste not at all fresh their was rotten smell coming from it, chicken lollipop as well dry no taste at all, for schezwan noodles we said twice to make it more spicy but it was bland with no salt no spice at all we had to return it as we couldn’t eat it ; Dabeli and vadapav were given in burger buns and they add red chilli powder inside pav just to make it spicy instead of red chutney, never will visit again or recommend anyone ; no professional cooks it felt like they were just serving food but not focusing on taste or customer service.
Service was not that good we had to literally ask them for plates ,that’s minimum common sense when we have ordered food ;plates should also be provided until we ask we couldn’t get plates.
Kudos to the front end staff she single handedly managed all and was looking...
Read moreI had a wonderful experience at Hyderabadi Kitchen on Parnell Street for my birthday lunch. The restaurant was very neat, and since it wasn’t too crowded, Shruthi handled everything so well with a warm smile. The atmosphere was lovely, especially with Tamil and Telugu songs playing in the background—it made the experience even more enjoyable!
Now, coming to the food: • Chicken 65 Biryani – Absolutely delicious! It had plenty of chicken pieces, which was a pleasant surprise. The flavors were spot on, and it was one of the best biryanis I’ve had in a long time. • Prawn Fry – The portion was a bit small, but for one person, it was okay. The taste, however, was top-notch—crispy and flavorful! • Rasmalai – A perfect sweet ending to the meal, soft and just the right amount of sweetness.
Overall, I left with a full and happy tummy. The food was authentic and flavorful, and I will definitely visit again with my friends. Highly...
