I had an incredibly poor experience at The Ribs on 12/02/25 around 3 PM. From the moment my friend and I walked in, we felt unwelcome. Manoel, who was at the reception, lacked basic customer service skills. He rushed us to the table, tossed two different menus in front of us, and started talking before we even had a chance to settle down. It was an uncomfortable start that set the tone for the rest of the visit.

The buffet was even more disappointing. The strogonoff was made with leftover barbecue ribs from the previous day, full of fat and mixed with different types of meat, making it unappetizing. The feijoada was basic, nothing special. We ended up eating just one sausage, a piece of chicken leg, and a piece of raw meat that was barely edible.

To make things worse, as soon as we finished eating, Manoel abruptly took our plates and immediately asked if we wanted dessert. We declined, but instead of allowing us to continue our meal or order drinks, he instantly handed us the bill, how rude! The entire experience felt rushed and unprofessional, as if they just wanted to get us out as quickly as possible.

At the till, I expected at least a simple, “How was your experience?” but once again, there was zero communication. Instead, we were handed two cheap candies as a “thank you” for coming, hardly a way to make customers feel valued.
