Cafe Roscoe's — Restaurant in Galway

The food is good but the service not really. Today I went to have breakfast with my dad and the place wasn’t busy and all the staff noticed that we were there sitting on a table ready to order and they didn’t even have the intention to take us the order. I had to stand up and tell one of the girls. Not even a smile when they left the food on the table. Later other costumers came in and the staff was very friendly with them. Service seems to have dipped lately. Not impressed with the service at all. Ordered tea and a scone, only for the order to arrive with no milk for the tea and no knife for the scone! On another occasion I had ordered a croissant and we all know how hard it can be to cut a croissant with an ordinary knife! I asked if the croissant could be cut in half lengthways with a sharp knife and what I got was an assistant place the croissant in the serviette and "cut" the croissant there and then!!...
