Read moreMy girlfriend and I stumbled into O’Connor’s Famous Pub in Salthill, Galway - and wow, what a stroke of luck! The moment we walked in, we felt like we’d entered a museum slash time capsule packed with quirky antiques, fairy lights, farm tools, and a John Wayne statue casually hanging out on the wall.
