i can’t believe the high reviews on this place - our experience here was shocking, from start to finish: the waitress who ‘greeted’ us barely even looked us in the eye, was so disengaged and rude. i’ve seen other people complain about her here as well. we ordered the pici cacio e pepe to share - somehow, it was absolutely tasteless i ordered the meatballs, and they came out cold. it took me ages to try and flag someone down, and it then took them ages to stick it in the microwave for me (complete with my half-eaten meatball still in the dish). there were only 6 or so meatballs in the dish, so it worked out to be about €2 per cold meatball - bit of a rip off if you ask me when they’re smaller than a golf ball and also tasteless my husband ordered the chicken fillet, which was probably smaller than my palm and also, believe it or not, completely tasteless at the end of our meal, they tried to charge us the wrong bill, and charged ours to someone else oh, and we didn’t get so much as a “sorry for the inconvenience” for the microwaved meatballs, which we did indeed pay for. there was a line of people outside when we left, i was so tempted to tell them all to run! massive tourist trap, just catching the foot traffic next to the towers. our second last night in the food capital of italy was wasted...

I went to this restaurant on the last night of my vacation with my girlfriend, the service was shocking despite blending in like a local. I would advise all people to avoid this place. You can spend half the money for twice the benefit. This is A TURIST TRAP 🪤 you could buy pasta from Aldi and boil it with bath water and it would taste better. You will wait until you wither away into a dead crop, pardon me, until you are a fossil, pardon me, until you have fully degraded into a hydrocarbon and ready to be extracted from the earth's crust before being served. You will be billed your weight in gold for food that is frozen and reheated truly. Do not under any circumstances go to this place especially not on the last night of your vacation, you may perish with disappointment. The location is central and that means nothing in terms of quality. This restaurant is an affront to the city and should truly be lynched and eradicated, 100% exterminated without a trace to save the embarrassment of this city. I hope the Garisenda falls upon this place preserving all innocent lives and saving people from the travesty of eating there...

This is the worst place to go for breakfast.

Service: We have ordered simple scrambled eggs with bacon and they brought our order after 50 minutes. 50 damn minutes!!! They forgot to bring a breakfast order of the guy from the left side table and cappuccino of the other guy from the right side table. All of us were waiting for a long time.

Food: After 50 minutes of waiting the food they brought was cold and I had to ask them o heat it. Scrambled eggs were very very oily. I literally had to soak my paper tissue to absorb some oil. The smoked bacon was over fried and it was hard to chew besides it being very very salty.

Atmosphere: Even though the place looks cute, the waiters are rude and they didn’t apologise for making us wait. Besides, they keep speaking Italian even if they see that you speak English. They don’t put any efforts to understand you neither explain themselves. Just because if one repeats the phrase the second time in Italian it doesn’t mean the guest will...
