We got the three types of baklava on the menu, almond, walnut and pistachio, a portion of walnut basbousa and a turkish coffee. The basbousa was very dry (we could not even eat half of it) , as well as the walnut and almond baklava. The pistachio baklava was probably more fresh as it was a bit softer than the other 2, it was already around 18 when we ordered so the late hour might have been why everything was so dry. I am giving this 3 stars, because the turkish coffee was pretty good. Maybe in the morning the dishes taste better. Also, the prices were quite high, for just 1 piece of baklava, we paid 2.5 euro. I visited this cozy coffee place, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax. È sempre un dispiacere recensire un locale negativamente, perché non amo farlo, non amo farlo per il solo scopo di mettere una stella ma soprattutto perché dalle recensioni negative si dovrebbe apprendere con giudizio e umiltà gli sbagli fatti, ma non é sempre così. Pomeriggio domenicale uggioso, vero, tavoli tutti pieni (non è giustificativo), ci sediamo in due, ci portano subito due menù e iniziamo la nostra scelta... Chiudiamo i menù e ci vengono portati via e dati ad un altro tavolo (qualche minuto) attendiamo il cameriere (signore) al quale chiediamo un menù tanto per ricordarci i nomi dei loro prodotti, ordiniamo due cheesecake e lo stesso cameriere ci avvisa che erano tutti terminati. Pertanto chiediamo altri 5 minuti, decidiamo e chiamiamo lo stesso cameriere avvetendolo di aver deciso. Con nostro stupore ci porta due bicchieri d'acqua (non ordinata) e inizia a prendere le comande ai 3 tavoli arrivati dopo di noi. Stiamo parlando di 6 persone in totale. Alquanto delusi ci siamo alzati specificando il motivo e ce ne siamo andati senza che nessuno dicesse assolutamente nulla per scusarsi. Primo, se hai terminato dei prodotti avvisi i clienti quando porti il menù. Secondo, non è colpa nostra se non si è avvisato delle mancanze e di conseguenza il cliente è costretto a risfogliare il menù. Terzo rispetti l'ordine di comanda visto che si tratta di minuti che hai perduto non per causa del cliente. Quarto non si trattano così i clienti che hanno scelto te come locale. Quinto, ci si scusa e di certo il gesto sarebbe stato gradito rispecchiando così l'eccellenza TripAdvisor ben esposta in vetrina. Mi dispiace ma non metterò mai più piede in un locale dove il cliente dovrebbe essere accolto e benvenuto, anziché trattato come fosse intercambiabile vista la numerosa clientela..
