Food is good, nothing spectacular despite the price but it is pretty unique, at least for Bologna. But if you can’t handle too many reservations, maybe limit them. It is ridiculous having to wait for 40 minutes despite reserving a table. It is ridiculous that everyone in the queue waiting to be seated has booked a reservation and that a guy simply because he cuts ahead and complains gets seated before the others. The transition from waiting in a queue to be told to wait in the middle of the dining hall just makes it worse, I felt bad for those eating nearby with all of us simply standing and waiting so close to them. And I will let you imagine the time it took for the food to arrive if just getting seated took 40 minutes. The staff was nice and helpful, hardly their fault if things are so disorganized. Location is also beautiful, but nothing can compensate the complete lack of organization. The worst restaurant experience in my entire life

We had a reservation at 9:45 at Temakhino. Once seated, we were given an Italian menu, and no English version was available (there's also no wifi at the place, to help with the translation). No one came to our table for about an hour. The couple next to us even offered us their food out of pity. We resorted to asking the staff for attention, which was very confused and unhelpful. The waitress told us to go search for a tall man which is the only one who can take orders, but no one knew where he was. After we approached another waiter who took our order, we waited for another hour for the food to arrive. In the end the bill also came in with errors, charging us for stuff we didn't order.
