McDonald's Cagliari Via Giovanni Maria Dettori — Restaurant in Cagliari

I recently visited this McDonalds and had an absolutely dreadful experience. I ordered a milkshake, and to my dismay, it was served with a paper straw. Paper straws are a complete nightmare—they disintegrate before you can finish your drink and have an unpleasant texture on the lips.

Hoping for a simple solution, I politely asked the woman at the counter for a plastic straw. Her curt response was, “We got rid of them.” When I inquired further and asked why, her dismissive reply was, “Because.” This is not the way to treat a paying customer.

The lack of consideration for customer satisfaction and the rude, unhelpful attitude were unacceptable. My visit to this particular McDonalds was a horrible, horrible experience. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value good service and a decent...

The manager doesnt know any language except italian, everytime in my order something is missing , today i wait too much because my chickenburger was still not ready, I asked the manager why is it taking too long she said wait its preparing, i said 30 min passed already didn’t respond me then I persisted when she finally asked her employee to give her a headphone so she can talk with the kitchen , this brilliant brain shouldnt be wasted...

I am a fan of Mc and in each one my trips try to find one to eat a quick Mc. It was actually one of the worst McDonald's I ever visit , it smells really bad and the employees look like the don't want to be there (I can understand why) the kicking the chairs to put them in line they walk around whistling with attitude, if it was my store i would throw them out off the window with a kick...
