The food is delicious, but the seafood dishes are overly salty. Above all, there is a serious issue with the dignity and professionalism of the restaurant manager, especially considering this is a restaurant in a five-star hotel. Not only did they take our order incorrectly, but they also tried to force the unwanted, mistaken dish onto us. It seemed there was trouble at another table that day as well, and the same thing happened there—forcing customers to accept dishes they didn’t order.

To make matters worse, we overheard them speaking loudly behind the scenes, badmouthing customers. They assumed we didn’t understand Italian and said whatever they pleased. The manager was strict in reprimanding subordinates for their mistakes, yet when it came to their own, they pushed the blame onto guests.

This is an extremely problematic manager, and we were deeply disappointed. A restaurant run by someone like this will never thrive. For an Italian restaurant that claims to take pride in its cuisine, this is truly shameful.

Il cibo è delizioso, ma i piatti a base di frutti di mare sono eccessivamente salati. Soprattutto, c’è un grave problema di dignità e professionalità da parte del direttore del ristorante, specialmente considerando che si tratta di un locale all’interno di un hotel a cinque stelle. Non solo ha sbagliato a prendere l’ordine, ma ha anche cercato di imporci un piatto sbagliato e non richiesto. Sembra che lo stesso giorno ci siano stati problemi anche a un altro tavolo, e anche lì ha fatto la stessa cosa: costringere i clienti ad accettare piatti che non avevano ordinato.

Come se non bastasse, lo abbiamo sentito dietro le quinte parlare ad alta voce male dei clienti. Pensava che non capissimo l’italiano e quindi si è sentito libero di dire quello che voleva. È stato severo nel rimproverare i propri sottoposti per i loro errori, ma quando si trattava dei suoi, li scaricava sui clienti.

Si tratta di un direttore estremamente problematico, e siamo rimasti profondamente delusi. Un ristorante gestito da una persona del genere non potrà mai avere successo. Per un ristorante italiano che afferma di avere orgoglio nella propria cucina, questo è davvero...

Amazing food by the chef. One of the best meals in Capri. However, Menu is not updated on their website, so we were surprised by the menu when we arrived.

Service was not up to standard, kept needing to remind them to bring us our drinks, cutlery and very slow service (I think they forgot to put in one of our orders which delayed things even more). Did not expect that from such a high-end restaurant. You may end up staying longer than you expect at the restaurant due to these issues!

Maybe because they recently opened for the season and they were not used to customers being around, but there were only 4 tables and 10 people at the restaurant, So this shouldn’t have been that difficult. I think the staff need more training. Really hope they improve because the food...

What an incredible experience… Beautiful view from the terrace and absolutely unmatched service. From the hotel employees who greeted us and showed us to the restaurant, to every single person on the waitstaff, to the chef himself - all incredible. We opted for the smaller tasting menu for dinner which came with so much more than what was listed on the menu. The meal itself was creative and was beyond delicious - plus pure art in presentation - and the wine pairing was absolutely brilliant…Perhaps one of the best we’ve experienced. We wanted for absolutely nothing the entire evening and were made to feel like family, especially when the chef paid us a visit. It was just spectacular - one of the best meals we’ve had in all of Italy - and worth...
