Pepe!Nero ristorante pizzeria — Restaurant in Como

If I could give less I would, a place which still haunts me even after a full year. It brought back the horrors when I ate there in 2022 as I walked by it a few days ago. They work slow without a care in the world, even when you ask for the bill to leave the tragic trap you are caught in they hold you hostage for another useless 15 minutes+. The only thing they do seem to bring somewhat is the bread which seems to come with the main course, but nothing is more true. (And no, this is not normal as all the other restaurants I have been to in all of Italy give it as complimentary)

You should know better even as a tourist. I would consider starving for the evening, using the time to look for amazing breakfast/brunch places. That would be more forgiving to your mental and physical health rather than eating here and ingesting their...

Food was mediocre and the service was terrible. Myself and 3 other women were sat in the corner of the outside dining area and we were ignored most of the night. The waiters were very short with us and proceeded to slam everything down on the table when served with no eye contact and appearance of interest of our needs. Two of asked for our left over pizzas to be placed in boxes and they said it was only possible to place both leftovers in one box which was odd. Then waited for the waiter to come over for the bill but he wasn't really meeting our eye so we thought it may be helpful to go up to the bar to pay. They then instructed us to go back to our table and found out that the bill could not be split which has been possible for every other established we have eaten at. Overall just lazy we just felt...

Great little place. Little crowded inside. Felt cramped. The staff was great. I got a seat next to the kitchen service area. Wasn't very pleasant as the food was brought out from the kitchen and was an arms length from my table. No bread was served with the meal and I had to ask for salt and pepper and cheese. Overall, the food wasn't the best, I suspect, as their customer base is transient. They don't expect repeat customers, so they don't have to try to keep customers, I expected more. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. People spend a lot of money to come here and the experience should be better, this goes for all service related businesses.
