Someone needs to teach this man a lesson.. Today the owner told me to go to hell after I tried to make him understand that his rude behavior is inexcusable. They served me uncooked, risotto with poor quality and flavor. After three bites, my stomach felt weird and felt nauseous. I also got charged for an appetizer that I did not order and sent back. The owner refused to cooperate, let alone allow me to speak. Instead, he shouted aggressively at me while I was calm, he interrupted me, and kept making dismissive hand gestures that humiliated me. He was an unapologetic and obvious racist, rude and callous; and overcompensating with violent tone and eye contact. He dared me to write a bad review, so here it is. Finally after all of his yelling and damaging behavior towards me leaving me practically in tears, (one his waiters just stood and watched in sad pity) I walked out the door with hearing the last words coming out of his mouth “vai per il culo”. Tasty and original Sicilian food: plenty of starters, pizzas and pastas to choose from. They also have a good selection of wine from Sicily. Service is a bit chaotic as they get super crowded at 9PM, and most of the staff does not speak great English but it was fairly easy to communicate:) Pizza with prosciutto and blue cheese was yummy. Carpaccio of octopus too. Tuna steak I had as my main dish was good but a bit too dry and blend to be honest. Tiramisu was tasty too! I believe it is a great place if you wanna go there with a big group to share lots of dishes and to experience the authentic Italian / Sicilian atmosphere. Overall score: solid 4...

I’ve been here twice, one year apart. The first time I was fascinated by the black pizza. Beyond it being something different, it was a good pizza with seafood. The pizzas have been consistently good, and very large. The risotto, however, was not really in line with our expectations. If I feel like I can make a better risotto at home, then I don’t feel like I can really give 5 stars.
