Beanstar coffee — Restaurant in Florence

Family of 5 went to have breakfast. Incredibly rude staff, did not seems interested in serving and 2 of them were on their phone. Initially asked whats available and if all displayed available for breakfast and was told yes. Once I took few minutes to chose, I was told most ofbthe breakfast items not available apart from few.pre filled croissants with meat. Drinks menu was good and girls loved their drinks but prices are over inflated with 6.00-7.50 euro a drink of small cups. Overall very bad experience from a coffee shop which is right opposite the S.M Novella train station. Reply to the owner This is what I mean, you are a rude person, now you are comparing to yourself to Louis vuitton? You also know that you are lying as I did ask you first thing if all breakfast items available and all i heard you quietly say all available. Being on the phone front of the customer who is waiting is the impression you give to others that you are not interested. You can always go to little side if answering other customers on the phone. I have to say, I came to this place because of the high rating. A girl can’t help the crowd following haha. But indeed not disappointed.

I’d say, the coffee is really up to par with my latte standards haha. Can’t believe I’m calling it a latte in Italy 😢. Okay, caffe latte. Great taste of whole milk and coffee. Perhaps best I’ve had since Ditta Artigianale which I indeeed will review too. It reminds me of New York 🥲.

Coffee is great! Regarding, customer service I was perhaps a bit afraid of asking questions haha. Felt there was annoyance when I asked for how many shots there is in the large coffee. But sincerely, I think it’s just my preference of customer warmth which it’s just a preference. Overall satisfied that my questions were answered.

I recently visited this cute little coffee shop and loved it! The iced latte was fantastic—rich and refreshing—and paired perfectly with their delicious chocolate croissants. I expected higher prices, but I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable they were, especially given the quality and generous portion sizes.
