Caffè Canto Alla Mela — Restaurant in Florence

I have never written a review, but I have never been treated with such rudeness while trying to explain that the Cornetto I ordered with crema was completely stale. The custard showed quite a dried ring around the showing part. I took only one bite, and it was extremely disappointing.The coffee was decent,no complaints about that, but I was very shocked at the manner in which I was treated today by the barista. I had even waited to tell him when no one else was around,and essentially his response was just to get out of there. I will be sure to never suggest this...

Just incredible, you feel like you’re with your own family. If we could, we would go there everyday.

The service was incredible, food even better.

The food and drinks are incredible, the home made ice-tea was amazing, the first time we went, we even stayed longer to have another one, even though we had another reservation.

If you are in the neighbourhood at all, stop by have an espresso, home-made ice tea or one of the delicious snacks or breakfast.

I can’t describe it enough how welcoming and good this place was for consumptions.

What a perfect place to start every morning in Florence. Day one we were walking around searching for the comforts of home, and along came Caffè Canto Alla Mela. The coffee, pastries and little breakfast sandwiches are affordable. The owner is so friendly, welcoming and engaging that it made me feel like I was at home. We came here every morning and though there were language barriers, this place represents the commonality among all people. I’d highly recommend coming here, you will regret it...
