We have been visiting Florence for the last 25 years so we have enjoyed numerous delicious Tuscan meals. The restaurant was half full when we arrived. We received our appetizer promptly but then waited at least 45 minutes after finishing the appetizer before our meal arrived. Most customers arriving after us were being served. Upon serving, the Ribbolita my wife ordered was very bland and needed red pepper sauce 🌶 to "help". We were only offered stale black pepper and the grinder was empty.

Fortunately, we found another restaurant with great food and great service, so that we know that this place is not representative of Florence. We still want to come back to Florence for vacation, but definitely not...
