I have had schiacciata paninos in Montreal at local italian spots, but this was really authentic and I am very happy I got to try it in Florence! There are a few tables in the back and the restaurant is very authentic to the area in both decor and flavour. I would happily go back! Great lunch spot.

It is hard to eat healthy in Italy but you can find it at Mava. For €6 you can get a plate of meat and two different...
