These are probably the best hand-pulled noodles I have found outside of Asia, and would fit right in with offerings from Taiwan. Freshly pulled to order, in a variety of thicknesses as an option. Super chewy and delicious, and the bowl was filled to the brim with them (often, the quantity is lacking in other restaurants). The broth was delicious on its own, though perhaps could be more powerful to infuse flavours into the noodles better. Seaweed and cucumber salads were excellent, and drinks reasonably priced. Very nice place and cozy. Nice staff and waiters. I got their beef noodle soup which was delicious. If you are the type of person who doesn't eat large portions, I recommend going on a empty stomach or haven't eaten anything for hours. This soup has a big portion, the soup was amazing and the beef had amazing taste. I absolutely love it, if you can't finish your food, you can ask them to take it for home away. It was really yummy....
