I wish I could give a 0 star. Avoid it at all cost!
The staff was extremely rude - one of the worst experiences I've ever had in Europe, which left a lasting negative impression. Due to my experience at this café, I will not be returning to Milan.
First of all, there is not menu on the wall or the staff never gives us a menu. I tried to order my choice of coffee and the first staff did not say if they can provide that but passed on my order to the second staff who seemed to be responsible for making coffee. This second staff said he can’t make it and then I changed my choice because of that. Ever since then, this staff continued to give me this look of contempt when he was making my coffee, my friend’s coffee and even someone else’s. I felt extremely ridiculous and non-sense.
There might be miscommunication due to language barrier but I don’t think I deserve this kind of treatment regardless of being a tourist. If there is anything unclear, you should clarify and double check but not being impolite. Overall, definitely recommended if you’re looking for a proper espresso shot to kickstart your day or recharge in between...
Read moreThe Caffè con Crema at Caffè Napoli Giardino is absolutely to die for—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. I first discovered this gem on a coffee tour through Milan, and it instantly stood out as my favorite of all five stops.
This café is a true taste of Naples in Milan, and it captures that spirit perfectly. The staff is warm, welcoming, and efficient, and the prices are very fair for the quality you get.
While I didn’t try their hazelnut or Nutella specialty coffees, they looked incredibly indulgent and are definitely on my list for next time.
If you’re a coffee lover or just want to experience a classic Neapolitan café, Caffè Napoli Giardino is a must-visit. You won’t be...
