This was by far the worst dining experience of my life. The manager was shockingly rude and blatantly racist towards Arabs, stating outright, “I should not be kind to these kinds of people.” We ordered pasta prepared in a specific way, but they completely disregarded our request. When we pointed out their mistake, the manager unapologetically admitted it but refused to offer any form of compensation. Due to a digestive issue, I needed a bit more time to finish my meal. To my astonishment, a server abruptly grabbed my plate while my fork was still in hand. When we protested, the dismissive response was, “time has passed.” Confronting the manager about these issues only led to more offensive remarks about our race, and she made it clear she detested such conversations. Do not ever come here!!! This is the rudest place I have seen in Italy! Shame on you! To a tourist who comes in just to have one last coffee and waits until lunch to eat, you cannot say with that judgmental facial expression “What are you want?”! The black-haired woman inside is the rudest person I have seen in Italy!
