The worst experience by a distasteful waitress! All for 6 Euros!

Stopped by for impromptu Cappuccino/Cannoli as it was very cold and I'm afraid I had to endure something that probably something from the 1970s!

I was asked to pay in advance even though I was standing at the bar. The lady then matched me to the cash desk and repeated my order to the cash desk guy, I suspect she thought I was going to lie about my order.

What made it worse, was that when another gentleman who order his espresso at the bar, was not asked to pay in advance. I sarcastely pointed out to her inconsistency and she stated he was a local and less likely to have a block on his card.

Very odd!

On a positive note, the other waitress behind the bar who served me the cappuccino made nice small talk and the Cappuccino and the Cannoli were actually nice albeit left me with a bad taste because of this terrible person.

She is a disgusting human being and I'm sure many would never go back because of her. The management should ask...

I should’ve listened to my intuition, but somehow I thought I’d do a noble thing and give the place a shot and perhaps right a wrong that many others have already complained about in the prior reviews. This was the most awful meal experienced during our entire stay in Milano. The customer service was mediocre at best. We ordered lasagna, which I thought we’d be safe with, and was I ever so wrong. The lasagna was just ok, nothing to write home about. We also had chicken breast. It was fried, very bland and served within a rubbery side of zucchini and over cooked broccoli. With so many choices of eating options in Italy, there’s no reason to have a suboptimal experience as this. My recommendation is to stay clear of...

I would not recommend this restaurant, especially to anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies. We specifically requested our gelato without whipped cream because someone in our group has a severe dairy allergy. Not only did they ignore the request and add whipped cream anyway, but when we pointed it out, the man working was extremely rude and simply removed the whipped cream—leaving the same gelato that had already been contaminated.

This kind of careless handling of allergies is not only unprofessional but dangerous. It was clear there was no understanding or concern about food safety, and the attitude toward our request was completely dismissive. We left feeling very uncomfortable and...

Tourist trap. This place, as charming as it is, if you are looking for quality or value for money this is not the place. The coffee and desserts are fine, however overpriced, but the food is not of good standard. I ordered risotto and the plate came hot - you don't need to be Gordon Ramsay to know that it was microwaved. I would stop in for a coffee perhaps on the main floor to enjoy the atmosphere, but other than that move on.

Food & drinks delicious, but very expensive and price in check is different than mentioned, because, when you set down by table, hiden prices x2. We took one coffe and tea + two pasteries (mini breakfast) and pay 20€. It's is speculation trick (hiden price for set down) in Milan center for tourists. And officiant always told, set down and pay after.
