The food is amazing — everything was full of flavor and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. The wine selection is excellent, with great recommendations to match each dish.

The place has such a cozy and welcoming vibe, beautifully decorated with a lot of care. You feel at home right away.

Small but very well decorated restaurant with quality food from the centre of Italy. Saluti and crostini (I loved the one with sausage and cicoria) are the perfect way to start. Pastas are very good (amatriciana or tortelli). The Cheesecake was also very tasty. Good choice of wines particularly red. The price is certainly acceptable...

Cibo molto buono come sempre, ma esperienza rovinata da un servizio a dir poco pessimo. Abbiamo aspettato quasi 2 ore per un antipasto e un piatto di pasta, il nostro ordine messo in fondo alla lista per non si sa quale motivo mentre all'interno c'era stato già un cambio turno ai tavoli, gestito malissimo il servizio al nostro tavolo con gravi distrazioni e dimenticanze anche solo per piatti e posate! (Il tutto fatto presente più volte durante la serata). Nelle ultime due volte in cui ero stata in Norcineria (a Gennaio e poi qualche mese dopo) mi sono ritrovata di nuovo con le stesse problematiche, ci sono tornata per fare un altro tentativo ma sembra che il problema non si sia assolutamente risolto!
