Caldarelli Dolce e Salato — Restaurant in Naples

The best coffee in Napoli!!! I got to Caldarelli by accident - it was not on my hit map for places to eat sweets and drink coffee in Naples. On the moment you enter you feel in heaven - you find on the left side a deck full of colorful baked traditional sweets - all fresh. All in prestin order. The whole place is full of great scents of coffee. On the right hand side there is a huge coffee bar, the cups are getting out quickly and by it was by far the best coffee in napoli . On the back side there is a nice bakery section that serves Pizza. The place is opened 24 hr's and was found crowded until...

What every tourist is looking for in the hustle and bustle of Neapolitan streets ... a moment of peace, coffee and something sweet: unfortunately, we will not fully find it in Caldarella Dolce. Coffee, like in Italy, is delicious almost everywhere, pastries are simply sweet (nothing special), but the music is way too loud. The barista and his jbl had a party. I can only assume it's not always the same but I won't be going back...

Ci sono stato il giorno dell'Epifania. Bel posto, Location accogliente.. Prezzi un po' altini : due sfogliatelle frolle e due caffè = 6,60€ , ma visto il luogo unico....piazza Trieste e Trento, va bene cosi . Purtroppo, da cliente, non ho gradito notare un bel po' di nervosismo da parte del personale. In primo luogo, della signora alla cassa, a mio parere, un po' attizzosa nell'atteggiamento ed alquanto arrogante nei riguardi della ragazza addetta al bancone dei dolci, ed in secondo luogo del barman , il quale accorgendosi che mi ero un po infastidito dai suoi modi, diciamo, non molto accoglienti, si giustificava confidandomi i turni massacranti ai quali, suo malgrado era sottoposto e del suo stipendio che, a suo dire, per quanto fosse basso, tardava anche ad arrivare. Peccato!!! Il posto meriterebbe di più. Immagino non sia facile gestire una clientela così numerosa, ma com dice il detto: il pesce puzza dalla testa....la responsabilità di tutto ciò, va sempre al capo. Il compito primario del titolare di in azienda , è quello di diffondere e proferire serenità, sia nell'ambiente di lavoro, sia tra il personale che è il fondamentale per portare avanti con successo il suo business.
