La Dolce Vita RistoBar — Restaurant in Naples

I cannot recommend this place. There are daylight-colored, bright lights everywhere, the pizza was okay at best but mostly the service was terrible. There was a football match going on, so they charged each of us an extra high coperto per person, making our gathering for some pizza and a drink a lot more expensive than we thought. They didn't tell us about the extra fee beforehand. Also I had to re-order my pizza after twenty minutes because they had forgotten about it (probably because the staff was mainly focused on watching that same football match), so I ate half an hour later. We had to argue with the stubborn owner afterwards to get the fee down, but in hindsight I think we shouldn't have paid any coperto at all for service that was not delivered and staff that were watching a football match while they were supposed to work.

As for their answer to this review: that me and my friends were arguing is just a straight up lie....

We just had two plates of pasta and two beers tonight. They hardly let us finish before we were told to leave. It was a football game coming up. We were not told that we could stay only for a short time. When ever we asked something you felt as you were bothering. They could not speak any English and had a very rude behaviour. We had actually planned to stay for a spritz but unfortunately we had to go to another place. What a pity. Not recommended . We have travelled a lot in Italy and this is the first time we felt not welcome. . By the way the food was not so bad considering it was a coffee...

Questo bar davvero merita 5 stelle. Staff sempre disponibile e sorridente. Affidabili e celeri nel servire. Sia la pasticceria che la rosticceria soddisfano i palati più esigenti e sofisticati. Il bar é sempre pulito ed igienizzato e senza mascherina non fanno entrare, fattore molto importante in questo periodo. L' intrattenimento é assicurato. Ci si può sedere anche solo per ordinare un caffè ed ascoltare della buona musica seduti al tavolo guardando un set TV formato gigante. Questo bar l'ho trovato particolarmente indicato in un giorno caldo d'estate dove l'aria condizionata ha davvero alleviato il caldo di questa torrida estate. Ci sono stato in soli due occasioni e non sono rimasto per niente deluso. La prima volta ho ordinato un piatto dove ho spizzicato le verdure grigliate e polpette in salsa che ho trovato semplicemente squisito. La seconda volta invece ho assaggiato il babà in bicchiere farcito di cioccolato bianco e nero che anche ho trovato deliziosamente gustoso. Solo due volte son entrato in questo bar e mi é bastato per capire che questo é il posto giusto per bere anche solo un caffè, per gustare anche uno spritz con gli amici, o una pizzetta da mangiare al volo. Adatto in tutte le occasioni anche per festeggiare un compleanno e gustare il buffet preparato dallo chef del bar. Per ultimo, ma per questo non meno importante, questo bar é aperto 24 ore su 24, e quindi adatto pure per gustare il, cornetto dopo una serata passata con gli amici e finire poi in bellezza. Ci ritornerò molto presto....
