Riva Cafè di Oscar Leonessa — Restaurant in Naples

Rip off tourists deliberately. Clearly there are other reviews here where you can see similar incidents. Steer clear unless you want dishonesty and scamming.

UPDATE SINCE ABOVE* I tried to be fair and give three stars for food and one waiters good service but now I can see the scam goes deeper:

They have now tried the DOUBLE CHARGE SCAM with the contactless payment (picture attached).

They did this as they think I'm a stupid foreigner but I always use my Credit Card when abroad as this means they will not get away with this. My bank is now going to set things right on my behalf and they will face repercussions for this.

It's a shame as one young waiter seemed really helpful and just wanted to do a good job. If you attempted to be honest then your Google review would be higher and you would probably get more money with a good...

Sconsigliato proprio, solo per personale scortese che prendono in giro i clienti. Mi hanno venduto un prodotto scaduto e aperto che dovevo fare un regalo e e in mezzo strada ho notato che era aperta e tutti cioccolatini erano cascati nella busta, 5 min dopo sono tornata per cambiare e entrando in negozio ho notato che la confezione si chiude con un coperchio con scritto oscar leonessa ma loro mi hanno venduto proprio quella scatola ma senza coperchio!!!dico che me l’ha cambiate scatola che questa pure era sporco, pensando che io essendo una turista sono una che non capisce nulla, signore cassiera mi fa ma questi non sono uguali!!!!!!!!!!!!(scatola era proprio sotto quella cioccolata che mi hanno venduto !!!! E mi aggiusta con scotch e mi dice che non ti posso dare scatola con coperchio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
