We had higher expectations when we saw the reviews. The reality was something different. We came without a reservation , we wait, we were told that when a table would be available we would take it but when this table was available they gave it to someone else. Finally we found an available table. We ordered some spaghetti , among them a spaghetti con vongole. We also ordered house wine and they bring us a bottle of wine open , they don’t open it in front of us. The wine was of low quality and it cost 11 euros. Finally the spaghetti alle vongole was not very tasty and for some reason most of the shells were empty. We pay 70 euros for 3 primi piatti , an appetiser and that terrible wine. When the chief waiter ask me if everything was OK I told him that the vongole wasn’t very tasty and he told me that I should have told him so he would bring me another one. The atmosphere is very cozy and familiar, the place has just a few tables so It feels quite intimate. The menu has some regular plates and some daily specials that vary according to the season and the market.
We’ve had a wonderful caprese salad with fresh tasty tomatoes and a really tender and bufala, amazing sea fish carpaccio with citrus and a very good cylindrical pasta with seafood. For mains we took a perfectly prepared fillet steak and an unforgettable octopus and tomatoes casserole.

The prices are very fair and this place...

The meatballs were huge but mixed too much to be loved. We had primis. I had the seafood Linguini but the pasta wasn't fresh and slightly disappointing, although onlyv12 €! Husband had pasta for 10€. Staff was courteous and enthusiastic but food didn't reach our expectations. Dont be surprised that you need to ring the bell so they unlock for you to come in. Was recommended...
