Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Ordered a caipirinha and it was absolutely horrible. Tasted like poison. I asked the waiter to take it off the bill because it was so bad. Worth mentioning I normally do not like to leave complaints and never send items back. The waiter took the full drink away and asked what I wanted instead. Went with a bottled beer - safest card. When I went upfront to pay I was still being charged for the drink. What started off with me politely asking them to take it off the bill turned into five employees arguing with me to pay for this drink. At this point it was not about the money, but the principle. Five men and not one of them could put their ego and rude attitude to the side and show any kind of customer service. The bald man with glasses was the rudest of them all. By reading other reviews it seems other customers have gotten the same treatment from him....

As a couple this is our first time writing a bad review in 4 years of travelling but we sat here for 2 beers and 1 sandwich for roughly 45 we understand we didn’t spend that much and we’re at a 4 person table!

We needed to book our transport for the airport the next day so we asked a waiter he was very nice but the language barrier got in the way so he called a waitress I think her name was Maria and she was super rude to us and didn’t answer us properly and made us feel stupid and then rolled her eyes and walked away without finishing helping us and made us feel very uncomfortable.

We are coming back to Palermo in June with more friends and definitely won’t be coming back here if...

The service was unfriendly, pushy and not interested, hard to reach for an order.

We also asked for a starter and some drinks, dinner after. Starter was thrown on our table, drinks (simple beer) came when our starter was almost finished. Our dinner (which we asked to be served after the starter) came 5 min later.

You feel rushed, setting is not so pleasent.

Beer is cheap, thats about the only possitve!

A bit further down the road, you’ll find a lot cosier places!
