Bar Royal Bobbuccio — Restaurant in Palermo

If I could give zero stars, this place would get it.

We went here to get some pasta late at night. We saw primis for a reasonable price on the board, but once we were told to sit down, we were given a menu with poor English translations. The prices were also around 50% higher than those on the board inside the store. This was a red flag. While waiting for the food, we were given cutlery. One of our forks had old bits of tomato sauce stuck to it. Nevermind, the food came. The serving sizes were very big, but both our pasta dishes were awful. Terrible place! I went there and it smelled like bleach. The floor was completely flooded with it. They didn't even tell us to watch our steps. We asked for a coffee and the guy behind the counted didn't even make eye contact and quite literally threw the mug in front of us. Then, as we were drinking it, the same guy poured hot water on the floor near us, and he sprinkled the bleach that was on the floor all over us. PRICING IS INCREDIBLY UNFAIR, SERVICE IS...

Went here because i wanted a coffee granite. I got a granite with chocolate. When i told the guy that i wanted “caffee” he said there was no more, and when i was about to walk away he put, what i thought a complementarry scoop of pistacchio on top. When i went to the counter to pay, i got charged for two flavours. And 1.5 the amount of other places near the historical centre. The patacchio tasted like nothing and the chocolate was also quite bland.
