This review is for people from North America. If you expect you beef to be seasoned, don’t. If you feel the pictures represent a medium rare, than you may be ok. This was a $130 euro piece of meat and in my personal opinion it was definitely not worth it. You can judge the pictures for your self and draw your own opinion. A 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) steak took less than 15 minutes to cook and serve. No resting, no seasoning. Our friend ordered a burger and said it was ok but undercooked as it was almost blue rare. The manager did offer us a lemonchello as compensation and informed us that it is customary in Sicily to not season the meat and what we received was indeed medium rare. However the service really let this place down. We arrived just before 9pm and were given a table straight away. Took a long time for anyone to take our order. We ordered an appetiser, 2 burgers and a bottle of red wine.
It then took a further 20 mins for our wine to be brought, at which point the seemingly-head waitress (who had taken our order) then told us that she didn’t have any of the wine we had chosen. We chose a different bottle and it took another long time before that one arrived.
We then waited around 30 mins before our burgers arrived. We said that we hadn’t had our appetiser-the waitress looked surprised and then said it will come.
Our appetiser then arrived, but having received our burgers already we sent it back as it was too late.

The portion is quite big. Price-Quantity is quite good. However (!!!) we found it misleading that this place has 4.9 stars and it does not reflect the food. This is why I must give -1 star. The other -1 star is because we both agreed that the quality has issues at many points. For example: the tomato was green a bit in the burger, the sauce should be changed, the bun could be improved, and the angus (!!!) was completely fried, and lastly the fries should be crispier.
Disclaimer: overall the burger is okay but we would not “run back to have more” and we really appreciated the service who were really kind to ask if we liked it. Keep this good habit! These are just small details to fix in...
