Came here because of the reviews and I want to share my experience as it differs from a few poor reviews (not to diminish their experiences).
Came here with a family of Asian tourists. We definitely stand out.
At first the staff and I was apprehensive of each other due to my non existent Italian. I want to say that I gave them a chance and I’m glad I did. I started ordering and they were very welcoming.

Read moreA very good local café in Palermo. I love the her Sicilian accent ! I felt Warm hearted gentleness here.
Price: very reasonable and affordable. I took 2 cappuccinos, a croissant and a arancini and I paid around 9 euros.
Foods: the owner has his own pride and it was understandable. I was touched by his professions and kindness. All bread were really nice and especially the arancini was sooo good !
Atmosphere: more or less like local café and many people come to take away their breakfast from schooler to seniors. I personally like it.
Service: they know about sense of humor and were embodied gentleness.
If you just arrive in Palermo and wanna feel a local café, the place is a right place to...
Read moreGreat Italian experience at this wonderful place! The food was delicious, we had pistachio and ricotta crossisants and pasta alla norma. They serve great aperol and coffee. You can feel a friendly Italian vibe and family atmosphere there. The people who are running this place are very welcoming, cheerful and chatty.
They roast their own coffee and can offer you a mini tour on coffee flavours and aromas. Buying the beans there and extending your Italian experience back home is a must! The best restaurant and café in Palermo and Sicily we've been to!
