Decor and service get top marks – the atmosphere was cozy and enjoyable. However, there's a "but"! Partly my own fault for not checking the menu in advance; I went by the photos and Google reviews. The menu offered a limited selection: either bastilla or couscous. I had hoped to try swordfish, but only chicken was available (for me). The portions were quite small for a main course: the bastilla was about the size of a flattened fist, wrapped in puff pastry and dusted with powdered sugar. It wasn’t bad, but too dry for my taste. Restaurant in Maroccan style, it was a bit cold when we arrived, we were early, and later it was rather loud, when the restaurant got full. Starters were very good, as a main corse I had tajine with chicken. I think it doesn't make sense to serve a tajine dish in a typical tajine pot, if it isn't cooked there. Sono andato al locale per prendere del cibo da asporto per l’anniversario di matrimonio…un modo alternativo per festeggiare!! Ho trovato molta cortesia e il gestore è stato molto gentile nel consigliarmi e orientarmi nella scelta. Una volta a casa, abbiamo apprezzato tutto il cibo: falafel deliziosi, mai mangiato così buoni!! Accompagnati da una salsa yougurt aromatizzata al limone e altre spezie; bastilla di pollo e mandorle…ottima!! Mai assaggiato una pietanza così particolare!! Senti tutta la cultura in comune tra la Sicilia e il Marocco!! E per finire un cous cous di verdure ed uno di pesce…porzioni abbondantissime e qualità superiore…il cous cous sgranato benissimo e fresco fatto in casa e condito con prodotti di qualità.
