Please for your own sake, don’t ever waste your time and money here. It looks like the place has really cool “italian vibes” from the street (typical tourist trap), but once you actually sit down to a table it is a disaster. I don’t even know where to begin. We ordered 2 beef tartars for starters, with 2 bread bowls. We got the plates for the starters, all of them were either still wet, or just simply dirty. The bread “bowl” was a paper bag with the cheapest bread you can find in whole Italy. We waited 15 minutes for the tartar beef which still had the marking on it from the plastic container from which it was just placed onto a plate. No spices - at all. They gave us salt, pepper, and olive oil at the beginning, so we tried to do something with it, but if I want to cook for myself, I am not going to a restaurant. While eating the starters, two waiters made fun of us for spreading the tartar on the bread (thats how we eat it in our home town), they joked about it, but since the service and the quality of the food was really bad, we weren’t laughing at all. We finished with the tartar, the waiter grabbed the dirty plates, and he carefully placed the dirty knifes and forks back to our napkins (and he put my friends dirty fork onto my phone). I was just simply shocked that we didn’t get clean silverware for the main corses, I think I’m not asking for much here. The main corses arrived, 4 at one time the 5th 5 minutes later, because who wants to eat together, right!? The pasta dishes were not bad, it was average. The pizza looked bad, but I did not taste it. The lasagna was half the size, as expected, around 2-3 layers, instead of 4-5, average taste also. Drinks were full of ice and lemon, just bad. Music sounds good at first, but once you realise it is the acustic version of all the tiktok songs which are trending right now, you realise it is not the real italian feeling you were looking for. At the end we realised that we paid the most for this “amazing” dinner during our whole trip. In conclusion, worst place ever, do not...
Read moreWe went to 433 for dinner (early…to get in) based on such great reviews. We ordered appetizers, suplís, lasagna and oxtails in sauce accompanied by a bottle of Chianti wine. Other than the vegetable appetizers being low on salt, it was pretty good. We had not finished with it and our food was brought out which we advised that we were not ready for. We asked to bring our dinner out when appetizers were finished, the food was lukewarm which we said nothing of. My husband’s lasagna had the Parmesan already added which made it have an overpowering taste (he didn’t complain). Now to the major problem: the oxtail. There were two pieces…one soft and fatty and the other tough which could not be cut through even with the knife! I complained to our waiter Raja (I believe spelled like that) and he told me it was supposed to be tough. I told him I cook and eat oxtail regularly and it’s supposed to be soft, melt in your mouth when cooked properly. Also, one while being full of fat, the meat on it was soft. He stood there and argued that it was to be tough…I told him that I was not there to argue and that all was fine. My husband finished his dinner and we finished the wine. When we paid my husband asked (the manager?) for our waiter’s name and informed him of our experience at the restaurant, which of course, he apologized for. As I told him, I know this review means nothing and won’t have any effect on their business but it needs to be done. Most restaurants that we’ve ever eaten at on our various trips here have been very good, unfortunately this is not one of them. Mostly tourists eating there, which explains their attitude. It was my mistake believing the hype and giving...

I visited 433 Restaurant & Drink Roma during my stay in Rome, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The location feels quite touristy and a bit commercial, but what truly made my visit special was the service — especially a lovely waitress named Aisha. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. At the end of my meal, she even gave me two little chocolates as a sweet gesture — it might seem like a small thing, but it left a big impression. Aisha really stood out among the staff for her warmth and care, always checking in to make sure everything was okay.
As for the food, I ordered a pizza Caprichosa. It was decent — not extraordinary, but good. However, I wasn’t informed about the portion size when I ordered, so I ended up getting a larger pizza than I expected and couldn’t finish it. Later, Aisha kindly explained that there were smaller options available, but unfortunately, the waitress who initially took my order didn’t mention that. I also had a fresh orange juice, which was delicious. My bill came to €18.50, which felt fair for the area.
The overall atmosphere is nice and lively, though I’d suggest improving the look of the table cards/leaflets — they seemed like simple pieces of paper and didn’t match the otherwise cool vibe of the place. A small design upgrade could really enhance the visual impression.
In general, this place has good energy, kind staff, and decent food — and with a few thoughtful tweaks, it could become truly excellent. Thanks again to Aisha for making my visit feel warm...
