It deserves a zero. The most unpleasant experience I have had in Italy. I went with a group of friends and we wanted an ice cream, there wasn't a lot of people so we entered thinking that we could buy the ice cream fast without waiting too much, we then understood why it was almost empty. The first thing is that the ice cream was not good, despite its high price. The worse thing was the customer service. Especially the treatment we received from the woman on the cashier. She was SO rude, she made fun of me for not paying the exact amount (which I don't get cause she got pleanty of change) and then started talking to her co-worker, the one who was serving the ice cream, about me and my friends, making fun of us (she thought we didn't understood what she was saying as we were tourist and she was speaking in Italian. But we understood and I think it reflected perfectly on my face. It made me feel so bad and was definetly not worth it.) I was being nice, said hi, said please, asked for my order smiling, didn't rush them... So why being rude to me? I still don't get it. To finish my interaction with this lady she threw the ticket to me and laughted. I was so shocked cause I have never in my life been treated like that that I didn't knew how to react. I should have answered back to her and asked for a complaint form. Then we tried to seat on one of the tables since they were free except for two. Then another waiter came and again, being very rude told us that we had to leave (didn't give us the possibility to pay for the table). We didn't saw any sign saying that we have to pay more to seat on the tables so we didn't knew and we wouldn't mind normally that he informed us of how they work with the tables. But he could have explain it nicely. Overall the treatment we received was terrible and as I said, the ice cream...
Read moreI visited this restaurant today with my boyfriend. Firstly, the plates, cutlery and glasses were dirty when we arrived. Then we wanted to order carbonara and another spaghetti dish which we were then told by the waitress that they are not on the menu at this time and we would have to choose from a selection of 5/6 pasta dishes. We ordered two portions of fries and two lasagne dishes. After 15-20 minutes the waitress who may I also add was rude came out with our fries only. She never even explained that the rest of our meal was on the way. Eventually after waiting for 10 minutes with no sign of our lasagnes I asked the waitress where the lasagnes were she said they were on the way. At this stage I wanted to get up and leave and just pay for our fries and two drinks but I waited it out. After a further 15 minute wait when our fries had been eaten, the lasagnes came which were cold and just thrown together in a rush. The waitress didn’t even bother to apologize about this. And when we asked for the bill she was shocked that we hadn’t eaten it all. I would advise people to stay away from this overpriced, poorly...

Me and my wife went here to take a break from walking and to grab a bite to eat. Ordered a aperol Spritzer and bruschetta, Price said the drinks were 6 euros a piece and bruchetta was 4 euros.
The waiter brought the two drinks and the four pieces of bruschetta. Drinks were watered down and the bruschetta bread was stale. We finished drink but only ate one of the bruschetta pieces.
I asked for the bill and it was higher than it was supposed to be. I saw that we got charged 16 euros for the bruschetta, I asked the waiter and he goes, 4 euros a piece. I tell him it doesn't say its per piece and even if it was per piece, we didn't ask for four pieces, that's what you brought out.
He pretended he doesn't understand, well my wife went inside and gave them a piece of her mind lol. They ended up correcting the price at the end.
Make sure to check reviews in Rome about any place you want to go eat at, lots of tourist...
